  1. Thank you. I did better today! And I will do better tomorrow. Yes 15 lbs is reverse able. I like the 5 lb range. Thank you again. I'm glad I reached out and will continue to do so
  2. I was sleeved Jan 2013. Top weight 344, 329 at surgery, with lowest weight up to June 2014, being 214. I know stressing is not helping. I know eating what i want and pretending to be able to eat what i want is the problem. I exercise 3-4 times a week. I used to run 3-5k last spring until I developed knee problems. So I'm doing dvds at home to rebuild my muscles. It all about my food intake. But I'm fighting the fear of gaining. I stepped on scales and I'm 230 this morning. Guess its back to tracking and getting my calories down to 1000-1200? Is there anyone else with these issues & struggles and what are some ideas to help?
