Im 27 years old and was at 261 when my doctor referred me for WLS, She was all for it and even went over all the positives of getting WLS! Sorry to hear your bad experience. Consider getting a second opinion! Best of Luck

I haven't scheduled my surgery yet, I'm barley going to meet my surgeon on Nov. 7th and see when we can schedule the surgery. I was hoping during the winter break so i wouldn't have to request to much time off, but i guess its all up to the insurance :/

Hi guys! i just scheduled my consultation with the surgeon for Nov. 7th! getting kind of nervous! We still have to send the paper work to the insurances after my visit and hope for their approval! How long has it taken for some of you to get a response back from the insurance?
