I am a married mother of two, they are basically grown now and now that I am no longer taking care of "kids" its time to do something for me! I have been overweight for all of my adult life and have tried almost every diet, joined every gym and have had some success over the years at losing weight, but of course I wouldn't be on this site if I had conquered my problem.
