  1. Okay so here is my problem. I am 2.5 months out and am down 90 pounds! However, I have not been tracking calories very well, the problem that I am facing is that I started tracking and certain foods that I am eating are high in calorie (nuts, meatloaf, so on) I need some ideas of foods I can eat that are lower calorie foods while still getting my Protein in. I am going to the gym 5 days a week and working my butt off so I am losing alot faster than some. But need help with this. Thanks
  2. Ok so here is my question, I am 4.5 weeks post op and have done very well (57 lbs) however, the last week and a half I am only losing 1 pound a week. Is this normal. What have other people lost (I had the gastric sleeve)

I have a question, one that you may not be able to answer, but the requirement for my surgery (aetna) is that I have no "net gain". Is that overall or month to month? Like if I lose 10 pounds one month and the next month have a 3 pound gain? Thanks
  4. I am having a hard time finding out, with aetna's requirement that there is "no net gain". Is that from month to month, or overall from start to finish? I started at 440 lbs, and lost 10 pounds the first month. So if I weight 435 next weigh in is that going to possibly disqualify me?
