  1. That is exactly where I got them from Walmart near the tofu section. I rinsed them and then put them in hot Water for about 5 minutes. I thought they were very good. I am getting my nerve up to trying spaghetti squash but I am not a squash eater.
  2. Yes I did rinse them and I used the spaghetti, that was the only kind I could find.
  3. Well I am 12 weeks out and I have been so hungry for spaghetti. I tried Shirataki Noodles and they are good. They actually don't have a taste but they took on the taste of the marinara sauce. No carbs, that was my goal... Has anyone else tried them?
  4. I don't watch my Calories very much, I watch my Protein and carbs levels. (that is what my doctor told me to watch) He wants me to get at least 30 grams protein and no more than 30 of carbs. I usually start with 1 cup of Cereal (most generally Special K.) with just enough skim milk to cover it. Then maybe some lasagna without the noodles, or a rev. or tuna fish with maybe 1 tablespoon of mircle whip with olive oil, then for dinner I might have some haddock (broiled) with cottage cheese. Most generally I eat my protein first and that will fill me up. I am 6 weeks out. I am still on soft foods. I try to stay away from all pastas. They make me feel bloated and way to fill. I do use My Fitness Pal to keep up with my levels. It does tell me calories also.
  5. I have been on soft foods for about 3 weeks.
  6. I am 6 weeks out and I was wondering if I could have turkey bacon?
  7. Thank you both, I have felt pretty good until this weekend. I just had a scrambled egg aqnd now I feel like I have to throw up. Not a good weekend.
  8. I am 5 weeks post and lately it seems like I am tired all the time. This weekend I went to bed at 11pm and didn't get up until 10-11am. Is any one else having this problem? Does it mean I am dehydrated?
  9. MauiGirl5555, Where did you find the samples of GENEPRO? I have googled it and I am unable to locate any? I really would like to try it before I order it.
  10. I have bought some PB2 and I was wondering if anyone has any good thinks to do with it than the usual. I am also trying to find
  11. Kindle, what is p3 Snacks and PB2?
  12. I want to thank you all, I have been having sf Jello, sf pudding, sf Popsicle and cottage cheese. Just getting boring so thanks for the suggestions. I didn't think of some of the things you posted.
  13. I am 4 weeks out and I have been eating soft foods for 2 weeks (per doctors approval). I am tired of the same old Snacks and am having a lot of problems getting my Proteins and fluids. My doctor said I should have 30 grams of Protein and 64 Fluid ounces. Do you think I could have some pizza rolls or egg rolls as long as I bake and not fry? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
