Hi! I will be having VSG surgery on November 3, 2014. I am 33 and I have been over weight my entire adult life. My mother and brother are both severely over weight so I am the "guinea pig " In the family as far as WLS. I am hoping/will be a success story And hope it's the encouragement my family needs to lose weight. I am married to my wonderful husband and we have 3 children 5-16. I don't really have a outside support system and I don't know anyone who has had the VSG surgery so I am hoping I will learn some things here.
