  1. Anyone from Indiana self pay?

    Greetings everyone I am not sure this is the right place to post this question of oh well. This is my first time on here. So am living in Indianapolis IN and am looking to having the gastric sleeve. I am unfortunately going to be using some inheritance money and be self pay. I am wanting to know if anyone else on here from the Indiana area has been self pay and who they went though? I am looking at Community south and they want around 28,000 for the entire thing plus that covers any and all future follow ups. . Anyone from the Indiana area know go through someone else that might be more affordable? Thanks!
