  1. I was banded in Nov 2012. I initially started working out a little before my first fill. Felt like I pulled something while working out and had enough pain that I emailed my Dr office. She thought I had maybe pulled a stitch or something, and not to worry. Went in for my first fill a couple of weeks later. Port was tilted, so the pain was apparently from the stitches pulling out of the muscle. It is still tilted, but thinking about having it fixed this winter because it does stick out a little and I don't like the thought of it being able to move around in there.
