  1. My surgery is 30 October, Yeah! Question: Is it really necessary to do a two week liquid diet before surgery, knowing that you will rapidly lose weight after? I already have lost 10lbs, 250 down to 240, I also workout 4 times a week, 45-60 minutes’ running/jogging/walking combination, which I know I will begin to exceed once the weight comes off. I have heard of people, men mostly, doing a 3 day Water only diet prior to surgery? I hoping to get down to 175lbs

  6. Hello everyone!! This is my first post and I am excited to be part of a very courageous group of people. I originally started my plan back in June and have a surgery date of 30 October. I am looking forward to my lifestyle change, and ready to tackle any and all obstacles!!
