  1. My name is Janie. I registered with the formum over a year ago, but I have never posted. I had my band placed October 9, 2007. I did well at first, then things happeded, and my world began to weigh on me more than usual. I have had several fills, and I still throw up at times. I don't eat near the amount I did eat before my surgery, but I am reverting back to the habits of comfort foods for some time now. I've lost 40 lbs. total, but I wanted to be down much more by now. I'm embarrassed and ashamed of myself, so I find it difficult to admit my failure. If I did not have a counselor to see, I don't know what I would do. I am trying to get back on track, and start back with regular exercise. I find myself saying what I did before my surgery, "I'll do better tomorrow". I could really use some encouragement and insight. Embarrassed, Janie:embaressed_smile:
