  1. I am in the Cary area and was sleeved on Nov 3 by Dr. Roy at WakeMed; best decision I ever made. Just celebrated by one month surgiversary with a 22lb weight loss and overall loss of 15 inches. I have been blessed throughout the whole process, which for me, started in September. I swear, if it weren't for the fact that I am never hungry and can eat so very little, and the five little incision marks, I wouldn't know they had actually done anything. No complications, no nausea or anything. I was sleeved on a Monday and shopping on Wednesday.
  2. I am post-op Day 13 and have not really noticed a problem with lack of energy. I have been taking a sublingual B12 every day since I came home from the hospital....maybe that really does the trick. Definitely give them a try
  3. I am Day 3 post-op - bring on the full liquids. I added unflavored unjury to my chicken broth for my Breakfast this morning....give the broth a creamier taste without changing the texture much.
  4. I am scheduled for Nov 3 also - so freaking excited i can barely stand it.
  5. I am new to the forum also. I went to my first information session in August, and I am penciled in on my surgeon's calendar for the sleeve on November 3, but have not actually met with him. I have just complete all my pre-reqs and meet with him on Tuesday
