  1. I am 9 weeks post, have lost 28. Still have a hard time trying to drink my 64 oz water, and most of the time I am not hungry. I read that is ok to have some bites of baked potatoes, then somewhere else I read is not ok, so I get confused.

  3. That is my big struggle too, I am barely drinking 32oz of water, plus the liquid in my shake.
