  1. On BM, try milk of mag or miralax...but the best thing is to hydrate and move. (And avoid narcotic pain medicine---it really slows your gut down!)
  2. Most offices have to have written approval prior to scheduling. It can take up to 2 weeks to receive...be patient! You are approved, it is happening, relax and enjoy this moment before jumping to the next! This is going to be a huge change for you!
  3. Don't feel bad! At 5 years out (and almost 200 lbs down) I occasionally still take too big a bite/don't chew well enough. That is the beauty of the tool! It helps you to learn! I have the added benefit of working for a Bariatric program, and being confronted daily with the realities. I STRONGLY recommend a face to face support group! It can really help when you feel discouraged!
