  1. I totally agree about the "just knowing its there "part...the Dr said my port was a little deeper than usual and all I had to do was see that needle in plastic layin on that table....just in case..and I was like...ummmm...Im doin ok so far.....lol...but he did also say that there was a bit of a prefill when he installed it...so Im crossin my fingers this does the job for quite some time....LOL...
  2. Hi....Im 2 months out from havin the band and have lost almost 30 lbs in these 8 weeks....With NO fill......is this normal? My Dr said they put a small amount in when its installed but man,Im surprising myself! She said she has a gentleman who has had his band for 1 year with no fill.....just kinda wonderin if this is the norm.........thank you
  3. Hi everyone,Im in need of a lil advice please.Im exactly 3 weeks out and am experiencing somethin feelin like a poke to my right rib area, not exactly where the port is but close.Driving and sitting is uncomfortable,it feels like somethins in there that wants out.I walk around stick straight and leaning to the left, like I need to make more room on my right side so I wont feel that "poke feeling".When I lay down,it goes away.Is this normal,I thought that thing was going to be all tucked into stuff and I wouldnt feel it every time I sat down/slouched or bent over. Please respond.........
