What is the best thing to help your stomach with shrinkage.

I don't know much about this site.I don't know how to ask

I had my surgery on the 7th too. I am on a liquid diet for another week. I didn't know you could mix only 4oz to the protein shake. I will try the cinnamon too. I hate to ask this but has anyone had diarrhea after you came home.

I am getting better. I can only have liquid things except for Greek yogurt and applesauce.

My name is Patty. I had the gastric sleeve on October the 7th. I went through beliteweight. I had it in Las Vegas. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I have been over weight all my life. Dr. Umbach was my sergeant. And he was great. I had a revision, they took my lap band out and did the sleeve. I just hope it's better than the band. Well that's me.
