Currently I'm taking another Protein brand and Multivitamin. My Nutritionist recommends me to take vitaleph products "Pre Opp plan" It's a little on the pricey plan almost $200 for just the 2 week pre diet. Wondering if any pre sleevers out there or post sleevers who recommend the vitaleph products. Thanks

Besides the Protein drinks, is anyone whose currently on their Pre Opp diet plan taking any other supplements? Eg. Multivitamins B12 Fat Burners

My VSG surgery is booked for feb 26/16 with Dr Ariel Ortiz at The OCC in TJ Mexico

I'm excited! After 3 years of researching and a year of chickening out, I have booked my VSG surgery for February 26/16 with Dr Ariel Ortiz at the OCC clinic in TJ Mexico. I'm super excited but still have my nervous days which I think is normal. Anyone who have had there surgery at the OCC recently or are planning to in the near future, please share your experiences and thoughts. Positive vibes only:) Thanks!!

I'm scheduled for sleeve surgery for Feb 26/16 So I'm about 7 weeks out as of today and I understand the 2 pre Opp diet plan. I'm around 340lbs and the doctor wants me to get down to 315lbs for surgery. Anyone have any advice on some sort of diet plan I should go on to lose that 25lbs. Thanks
