  1. Mine are all from my shake and from fruit, I was just worried it was too many!
  2. How many carbs are a good number to go by? I'm 3 and a half months post op, doing great and down 65 lbs but I feel like I may be eating too many carbs. I usually eat between 30-50 but feel like that may be too high?

  4. I'm 3 months post op and have lost 55 lbs so far....tolerating most everything but am sticking to high protein low carb. I've hit a stall this week though:(
  5. I'm 3 weeks post op and am down 21 lbs, which I'm thrilled about. But this week I'm really feeling fatigued and my weight loss has completely stalled, is this normal?
