I am 22 days before my #gastricsleeve I am feeling ????????????. I am going today to purchase my 7 day preoperative diet items because time will go fast for me. I will work next week, vacation for a week, first day back from vacation pre - diet, preop appoint than BAM surgery. Any suggestions for my preop diet would be great.

I am getting sleeved on December 8th WOO HOO ???? I will join looking forward to all the support I can get No one can see what we post correct? I haven't really shared with friends/family I am getting sleeved.

I can't wait to purchase clothes from any store. Also to actually see my jawline.

Hi everyone I am happy to have found this group ???? I will be 50 on Thanksgiving Day this year, going on a quick vacation that week, December 1 start pre diet and December 8th is my sleeve date ???? I can't wait next year I will be 50 and fabulous LOL

I was approved and could have had a November date but opted for December 8th gives me time to mentally prepare and enjoy Thanksgiving..... ????????☺ But be good to go by Christmas ⛄

Thank you for the tips. I do intend to tell people after the surgery. I feel it is a tool and we are blessed in our era to have tools to extend and enrich our lives. I am excited to get the surgery, get past the healing and hit the gym

I am excited my sleeve date is Dec 8th. I weigh 171 with a few health issues that helped me get approved. I haven't shared my surgery with many because people say you don't weight enough I an 4'9.5" I can weight 100 lbs not that is my goal LOL. Any advice?

Wow you guys are go getters I would think you would be off at least 4 weeks.

I just called my doctor office regarding how much time I should take off work. I was told for sedentary work 2 weeks. That doesn't sound like much healing time. How long were you off work?

I am curious to know if there are any other shorties out there being sleeved or have been sleeved? I am 4'9.5 and the Nutritionist tweaked my diet a bit due to my height, she also told me do not do the liquid diet more than 7 day for surgery prep. . I just wondered the success and goals.

I am also super excited and nervous also December 8th for me.

I am 4'9.5" on a good day BMI 37 with high cholesterol, bad knees, hypothyroid and a family history of DM, strokes and heart attacks. Insurance approved me 3 business days.
