Congrats!!! I'm due to be sleeved in 12 days... The anxiety is starting to get me now! I'm not nervous about the procedure, just about how I will feel afterwards.

I'm not on total liquid. I can have 1 meal of a salad with 6 oz of protein and 2 fruits for snack. Also up-to 3 protein shakes a day.

My dr requires a 3 week pre-op diet... Today was day 1 for me... At the hospital now for a sleep study. Hope I don't need a cpap machine

My surgery is scheduled for october 20th and I can't wait! I start the pre-op diet tomorrow...just have my sleep study to complete on Monday. Good luck to all you!
