  1. M4nurse everyone weight loss is different. I have a lot to lose. Just keep doing what u are doing it will come off. Maybe call your Nut. And get some help there. Stay positive we are all on this journey together:)
  2. @4mnurse I am getting around 800 to 1000 calories but it's on the lower side. I walk and do water aerobics 3 times a week. When I do that I up my calories because I am biting what I eat. I stalled for about 10 days and then I up the protein and it started to come off again. Hopes this helps.
  3. I am almost 7 weeks out and including 2 week pre op diet I have lost 60 pounds:)
