  7. My bp is good. It concerns me but when the Dr doesnt act concerned what else can I do?
  8. I had my 6 week post op Thursday. 31 pounds gone since surgery. 62 total. I have had a slow recovery. I have just started back on my treadmill. Heartburn has been an issue for me. I was told i can eat pretty much what i want. I dont because i dont feel im ready. I had my first round of venison tonight. So far so good. I stuggle to get all my fluids in. I was never a drinker anyway. Protein intake is not an issue for me either. I find it difficult to take 30 mins to eat. Not a fan of cold food. Constipation is an issue. Usually every 3 days. I tried miralax and i just smeared all the time. I am no longer taking any bp meds but sinc3 coming off those i cant stand up normally. I feel the head rush and vision gets dim. Dr doesnt seem worried but it is bothersome.

  15. I too am not sure I have made the right decision. I suffer from severe anxiety and I worry over every little thing. I like the Premier Protein shakes. 30 grams of protein in each shake. I drink 2 a day. I also see a Therapist twice a month. I was doing this before surgery. I am also terrified of my hair falling out. It will be more severe if you do not get your protein in. Good luck!
  16. My surgery was on August 13. Week 6 for me. I am on soft foods. So sick of it. What do you guys eat when you go out? I always look for soup. Sick of it actually. Im so ready to eat normally again. Just have to survive till then :-) I had 1 stall and I weigh in on Monday. Post surgery I am down 22 lbs. I was a little slower to bounce back from surgery. I felt weak even though I was eating and drinking enough. My stamina has finally come back! Yay!
