I am 1 day past-op and I was wondering if anyone retained fluids? I hardly have to go to the restroom.

Hello everyone...well we are leaving for Tijuana on Friday and we have some questions: Should we take cash or can we use credit cards or travelers checks? Should I bring some powdered drinks or broth for the way home? Is it safe to venture out? oh and do they have American tv stations....my fiancé needs to watch the Cowboys on Sunday Thanks!

hi I am having my surgery with Dr Garcia on the 22nd at Florence. But we are staying at the Hotel Pueblo Amigo because I hear it is easier to walk around and they have a casino for my boyfriend. Pauline

Hi there - My aunt had gastric sleeve about 5 months ago and she said to bring feminine pads because if you get sick to your stomach you tend to leak a little bit. She was throwing up a few hours after surgery and she had no bladder control. She went with a group of 3 of my cousins and they were having the same problem. The nurses told them it was the anesthesia they used. Pauline

Hello everyone. I am having my surgery November 22. I am starting to get nervous. I started with my pre-op diet early so I can ease myself into it.

I know what you mean, it hasn't hit me yet either!
