    I have my surgery date for November 10th...having a hard time not making bad choices but I know I have to get back on track. I guess I feel like I won't be able to eat these things again so I better eat them now...but that's not a very healthy mindset...maybe just nervous and scared but I'm excited too. I want this surgery and hopefully end these habits and make better ones.
