  1. Hang in there! In the first 3 weeks I lost 32 lbs and had a hard time getting fluids in. Just the way your body reacts to the surgery. 2 months after not a problem getting 6 to 8 cups in for fluids. After the 3 weeks I hit a stand still now back on track takes time but you are on the right track!
  2. So far 7 weeks post op and 43 lbs down. Have had a bit of mood swings. Feeling sense of failure, support network is struggling a bit some feel I should be farther along, doctor says Im doing very well. Not too sure if it is normal, if so any coping mechanisms?
  3. Sleeved 9/9/14 was wondering if going to the gym would be a good idea, if so how much would be ideal? Bandages finally off as of yesterday stuck at 3 week stall.
  4. Was wondering how long to wait for carbonated drinks ginger ale and sprite, 4 weeks post op and curious!
  5. Hi all! I was sleeved 9/9 so far stuck to yogurt, broth and shakes. Anyone moved on to purees? Any good ideas for food in this stage? Are some still working on full liquids? Paying attention and post op 28lbs, lots to go though!
  6. Was sleeved 09/09 and since coming home from day of surgery down 21 lbs! Day 8
