  1. When the Big & Tall store you've had to shop at for the past 30 years doesn't have any pants small enough for you!
  2. I find the sipping gets easier as you do it I got more than 64oz of fluids today, just slow and steady seems to work for me.
  3. I didn't have a requirement from my surgeon, however, I started this whole process at 363, I was 340 the day before surgery and today 3 days post op I am 331. I'm really looking forward to breaking that 300 barrier, I can't remember the last time I weighed less than 300 pounds.
  4. Good morning all my fellow September Sleevers, I'm now 3 days post op, and on the stage 1 post op diet, which for my dr. is full liquids. I'm doing a 60g 9 oz protein shake split into 3 oz servings for breakfast lunch and dinner. Then I'm supposed to have 64 oz of other non-sugary drinks like water, crystal lite, etc I can have hello, and yogurt (blended with no fruit chunks) and sf ice pops. It's my first full day at home and I must remind myself to sip sip sip. I had no idea what that really meant until I was post op. I used to be able to drink 34 oz of liquid really quick, and now it hurts to drink 1/4 of an oz at once. Well I'm taking it easy and I pray that we all will have a quick healthy recovery. Anyone else sleeved on the 16th ? Message me I would love to have a sleeve buddy to offer support and get support from.
