OK here is a plastic surgeons information thats in anniston tell me if he meets the criteria for a good plastic surgeon: I am planning to have my arms done and possible a little lipo on my neck......... Charles Kendrick Urquhart, MD, FACS - Plastic Surgery Dr. Urquhart grew up in Birmingham, Alabama and attended Birmingham Southern College for his undergraduate education. His medical degree was obtained from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then completed a full five year general surgery residency at The Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia and subsequently became Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery. After completing his general surgery residency, he completed a full plastic surgery residency at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga where he underwent extensive training in not only cosmetic surgery, but surgery of the hand, facial trauma, burns, and major reconstruction. He is now board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and The Southeastern Society of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeons.

  11. I hate that you have cellulitis. Good thing you've got antibiotics on hand to go ahead and start. You must get that from time to time but hopefully this weight loss will help improve blood flow to those legs and you'll quit getting this so frequently! As for having awesome restriction and then NONE...I think we've all been there unfortunately. This is the part where you have to remember that the band it just the tool and its not going to take care of everything...so pull out some willpower...YOU CAn do it!!!!! Focus on things that are better for you when you are putting extra food in your mouth....something called Negative foods. Negative foods are foods that have very little calories in them but takes your body a lot more calories to burn them.....like brocoli do a google search and you'll be able to find a list. Good luck!!! You'll get thru this and hey call the doc if you need a fill sooner!

  13. Debbut i hate that you had to go thru that but thankfully it was just scar tissue and they were able to fix it without you losing the band...Best of luck to you for a full and fast recovery!!!
  14. This specific model about $900-1100 depending on where you got it BUT I got mine used for $600 so its in perfect shape and I am very pleased with it!!

  20. I didnt think I saw you in any of the pictures...I know I hate not having a life too...lol just a couple more months for me though and then its on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH also I went to a bike shop yesterday after work I GOT a recumbent trike!!! I'll have to post up pics...its a GREAT workout (not stationary)

  24. ACTUALLY- I'm off saturday and My family wont be coming up from Fl due to the flooding in Ga.....SO I'm thinking about coming to the walk. Will kim be there? Any exercise I can get to help me lose will be great.....I am so close to onderland I can smell it :thumbdown:.5lbs!!!! Well, I hope to see you all saturday. If not then I will hopefully be at the november meeting. I will finish my 7day work weeks the week before thanksgiving YAYAYAYAYAYYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!! JASON- I would DEF watch them from now one when they do your fill to make sure it gets put back in...Working in the healthcare field myself I know how easy it is to "mess up"
