    Hi, Thaks for writing. It means alot. I'm already feeling better. Today is day 3 and i'm going to get out of the house for a little walk around the mall. We'll see how I do. I'm having some difficulty with hunger pains. I don't want to eat its not that kind of feeling but my stomache growels and it feels like digestive acids, this is more uncomfortable than anything. I'm not having any gas pains in my shoulder like some others said. any ideas for my stomache aches? Barb

    Hi, I jyst got banded friday Oct 27th. I did it quick, somewhat impulsively and now I'm nervous. It's sunday night and I feel sick. i thought it would be easier. The gas pains are bothering me and my stomache growels. When will this pass, when its time to eat real food?
