  2. I started off at 237 I'm down to 232 and I have to be at 228.
  3. I think the weight is different for every person. I have 5 pounds to loose to get to the goal weight the surgen want from me.
  4. No no surgery date yet , I'm waiting on the nurse to call me to set up an appointment ... I can't wait plus I still have to loose 5 pounds .

  6. Hey well in the orientation class they introduce you to the bariatric team, do ur first weight check and give u a book about what to expect, meal planning, lots of info. Then u get an appointment to talk to the surgen. Let me know how it goes for u.
  7. So I have seen both the nutritionist and the psychologist at kaiser can anyone tell me what happens next?
