  1. Thanks for the advice everyone!! I've been drinking decaffeinated coffee for about two weeks now with no problem I don't drink too much of it. Maybe twice a weeks if that. I have it with splenda and a light cream that only has 1g of sugar

  3. I know this is real silly...but when can I drink coffee?!? I was never a big coffee drinker before the surgery but now I feen for it!! I'm ,seven weeks out

  5. So I'm four weeks post op and the first three weeks I lost 30lbs! And this past week I have not lost one single pound I'm starting to get really discouraged. Is this normal?
