  3. Paul I could take or leave fizzy only ever had diet drinks had one the other day stirred it got all the fizz out with ice was lovely won't do it often mind did still give me wind hubby wasn't happy lol
  4. Cottage pie / cheese and potato pie with baked bean (Heavan lol) Forked mashed roast dinner jacket spuds mashed with corned beef and baked beens I could seriously only manage 2-3 teaspoons full at a time now it's still only about 4-5 teaspoon fills me up but that's enough the most important thing is to chew food like 20 times I know this will sound stupid but I was never a big meal eater I was a bad picker and I'd eat sweets crisp and dreaded chocolate all the time I'd have like a pkt biscuits instead of a meal things like that since the opp I haven't even fancied sweets crisp or chocolate but stole a square of my daughters and was sick and dumped my one and only dumping experience since the opp now I know what it's like won't be trying sweets or chocolate for a long while I'm so pleased I don't even crave bad things x
  5. Ah bless me to Paul it's not nice but I can say this I'm sure as we're all here for the same reason I've been overweight for a longtime it's changed my life already so much like I said I'm in my 13th week now so been were you are and know how your feeling put me off soups and yogurts forever lol also on a good note these early weeks the weight just falls off downside puréed and mashed food but you will get there soon I can't believe I'm 13 weeks out now but still early days I'm only just starting to keep food down but keep strong x
