  1. It will get better I'm now 8 months post op and I eat whatever I want just in much smaller amounts. I only have trouble with bread and white meat chicken.
  2. Congrats on your surgery date. I know how excited and nervous you are. I had my surgery February 24th I have lost 114 lbs have another 20 to go to my goal. I would do it again in a heartbeat. My advice is to follow all the rules and don't push yourself to eat too early. Best of luck.
  3. Hi everyone this is my first post on here. I had my bypass on February 24th. I have lost 114 pounds from my heaviest. My advice is follow the rules and don't eat before your doctor tells you to. I did great and would do it again. I only had trouble with a few foods and now I can eat anything just not in the amounts as before surgery. A new way of life and I love it. Good luck.
