  1. thanks guys, i lost at the july session but i have my august session tomorrow. I've had a really stressful month and my period (sorry if TMI) so I think I will show a gain and I am terrified they are going to tell me. well that's it. I've been doing much better over the last week and a half and I am in the middle of a flare up with my fibromyalgia so working out has been a total bust which I know was the big variable last month.
  2. I am going to be having my 3rd meeting with my dietician this week and i am so fearful i am not going to show a loss at this meeting, maybe even possibly a gain.Would my surgery be denied if this happens?
