@ gingersnaps; how did you know to drink 30 mins before and after your meal? Did your Dr tell you before you're surgery? Im just curious because I haven't got that information just yet. I have a mandatory education class on the 9th and I'm wondering if they'll tell us that day. Any who, Im just curious to know. Thanks

Hello, I have my sleeve scheduled for Sept. 23rd and I'll be starting my liquid diet Sept. 9th! I would love to hear about the struggles and success from others who are already starting their lifestyle change. You could say that I have been strong for the first couple of months but now that surgery is right around the corner I am getting a little nervous! Thanks in advance for those who respond.

Hello, My surgery is scheduled Sept. 23rd. I am excited and nervous at the same time however I just keep thinking of the positive! I have a friend who had the surgery and she is doing a great job!
