  1. I try to do 300 cals per meal. I have eaten bread also, no problem.
  2. Everyone on this thread helped so much!!! Thank you. I am looking forward to my first fill. My port incision site is still very sore especially when I bend. I am doing the same trying to stay at 900 cals aday, although I may alternate 600 a day 900 day then 600 day, etc. 8 pounds a month would great!! I will try to get exercise in it in a couple of weeks. I stay preety full for several hours, however I feel that I can always eat more when I am having my meals. So far crazy but my thing is Subway, I can have a loaded with veggies 6 in oven roasted chicken breast with less then 350 cals, YUMMO, I do not feel guilty with that. :hungry:
  3. I am keeping a food journal, trying to stay at 900 calories a day. Everyday I eat a actual meal or solid food, I feel the lump. The day of the procedure, no saline was injected correct, we will not get a fill until 1st visit, is that how you all were?? Good luck on the WW, I have a sheet that has all our favorite restaurants or where my husband will grab something to bring home for us, well I have a sheet in every car that has what I can order from these places, so I feel like I am enjoying that dining out experience and it is easy for my husband to read so he feels like he can grab me something on the way home. Like tonight we picked up a 6 inch sub from Subway grilled chicken breast on white, loaded with veggies, dab on vinegar 330 caL,YUMMO!!!:car:

  6. My doctor wanted me to get my BMI down a point or 2 but there main reason is so there will be less fatty around the liver, makes placing band easier, but do not stress on it, hang in there, however I did lose 21 pounds on my 2 weeks pre-op. You can do it!
  7. During my liquid pre-op I lost 21 pounds in 2 weeks. I had 4 sahkes a day and lots of sugar free popsicles. I was banded 10-10-07, I have lost total 36 pounds, but I am still uncertain what or excatly how much I need to be eating now. I am so afraid I will eat or do something wrong and the band slip. Any advice. Girls hang in there on the pre-op liquids.
