  1. Single bandster livin single. it is much easier for me 6 month down the road than at first. you gotta adjust to your living situation. We all have taken one of the steps to our happiness, by taking care of our health and body. I think the"right" person will love us withor without weight. we have to do this for ourselves, and our health. Happiness comes from within, it is hard to be with anyone, and unhappy with self. we are becoming new, with new attitudes, weight loss and bodies. << 2 Corinthians 5:17 >> New American Standard Bible (©1995) Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.
  2. banded 4/13... started at 325, pre-surg 315, now 288. hit a plataeu.. it is frustrating... I can eat almost anything I want as well have 2cc in 10cc band. Seems like a lotof us have had the same issue.... this is so helpful. I don't feel so alone.

I started filling restricted.... it is hard to adjust to not over eating... how do you knowif your pouch/band is stretched , does anyone go back to check that issue.. 4. been banded sine 4/13/07. now starting to see a slow down 30 lbs. I feel your pain, but this is a lifestyle change. It is so difficult to control hunger, and some of us have been out of control for whatever reason. It is just like anything else, just start over the next day... the band is only a tool. we have to do ur part by exercising and making good food choices. I struggle as well. daily... find a good support group to help you in the week moments. someone mentioned OA for help as well. good luck, don't beat up on yourself, and keep on going towards your goal.
