  1. H:help:ello everyone! As the title states, I'm stuck!! I was banded on March 15, 2006 her in Houston, Texas by Dr. Spiegal. Since that time I have lost just over 90lbs. It has been an up hill battle, but most def worth it! Now I find that over the past 3 months I have lost 12lbs!!!! Sad huh....I started working out with a trainer and then I was hungry most of the time...So then I had to start eating smaller meals but more often...Not good for a single guy, thats always on the go...Meal planning has never been a strong suit of mine, but now i find myself at a lost for what works now. For starters I was wondering if anyone out there have any good tips on low cal food that is good to the pallet, not hard to fix, but also great in nutritional value. I have recently been on this peanut kick and that kinda seems to be helping some....Ok I guess thats enough for now....Looking forward to really shedding some more of these pounds...Thanks Everyone!!
