  2. Hi everyone, I have been reading everynight all the information I can get my hands on. I am going for my first fill Nov. 29th. I have done my five stage diet plan to a T. I'm still hungry!! I guess my biggest hurdle is in stressfull situations, I reach for food. I had my first episode last night and I'm feeling so guilty. My daughter called my up hysterical while I was eating dinner.......her car was broken into and laptop was stolen along with her pocket book. She is a college student and everthing was on it. I couldn't help her ..............so I ate a huge piece of ..Salmon... weird but I did it. I felt so sick after. It felt like a throbbing pain in my stomach. It was all around awful. I guess I just need some support from my fellow bandsters! Thanks for listening
  3. I am also about 3 1/2 weeks out from my surgery. I have my first fill Thursday the 29th. Thanksgiving was rough. I felt like I wanted to eat everything. I feel I find my self filling on soups....I think this might be bad for me. I just want to feel satisfied. I guess I need to figure out my head hunger and real hunger. I am now trying to stick with 3 meals a day and looking foward to my first fill. Thanks for all the information. This site is a blessing!
  4. Hi....You need to do this. The fertility issue will go away if you loose the weight. My sister waited 15 years and finally lost weight and with the help of her dr. and glucophage and loosinfg weight she now has 3 beautiful children. I think you will not have a problem being aproved. I am on day 3 post banded and it took around 5 months to get here with all the tests and red tape. But Im all ready down 11 pounds!! OMG !! You have to continue on this path!! It will save your life!! I hope you get on glucophage if needed and get started on the weight off and have the surgery!! Good Luck!!
