  1. Thank you I'm so worried this won't work it's going so slow I think I have a friend who had gastric on march the 10 and she has lost almost 90 lbs very noticeable weight loss me nothing I look in the mirror and still see fat girl very discouraged
  2. Had lap band march 7 2014 i have only lost 25 lbs. I have lost a lot of inches but not weight. I am also 42 and suffer from hypothyroid disease. I work full time so for me to exercise is a struggle by the time I get off I am truly wore out I come home and crash I also try and eat healthy I eat my proteins any help Anybody can offer will be greatly accepted
