    A proctor is a Dr. that has performed many of the techniques being done , such as the lapband and is basically watching over the Dr. that is performing the surgery that is still new to him. I go Nov 28 for my lecture and will start my journey from there. Woodruff is in Spartanburg Co. off I 26. Just a small qiet town. The kind I like ! Thank you for your e-mail
