  1. Very new here and expecting to have the gastric sleeve procedure done in the next two months. I had my gallbladder removed almost 3 years ago and have good and bad days with that. I've learned that the longer I wait between meals/snacks the worse off I will be that day regarding an upset stomach. For me it has nothing to do with what I've eaten, just duration between meals. My question is this - Is there a way around eating 3 planned meals a day to be successful or is that the most proven method? I fear if I do this I will have terrible issues with excess bile. I also work a job (air traffic control) that does not allow me to get up and run to the restroom as I need to. Thanks for any and all input. Especially from those that may have the same issues.
