My hunger has been coming back to so when it does I go for some protein and water to fill me up. I'm trying to pay attention to my body and nourish it in a healthy way but on sat I was craving junk food good think we had nothing in the house to munch on jaja anywho good luck

Hello all just checking in its been 5 weeks and I now am in the 140s like WOW talk about pre pregnancy weight goal but I too had hit a stall lasted about 2 weeks. I started going to the gym recently to do cardio and light weights to tone and we'll I seem to be doing OK for the most part. I am still having trouble using the restroom #2 lol hopeful soon I can go regular. Or the new regular. Does anyone know if it's bad to always take colace? A pill. I've been using that to help me go and takes about a day and I take one every 2 days but I'm not to find of taking pills so that's why I ask. Any who good luck everyone we are all doing a great job! I'm at a stall right now hopefully it will pass I'm suppose to be on puree as well but i can't tolerate much i drink my protein and water and i have a meal with chicken i cannot eat much bc if i over due it i feel stuffed and tired i walk for an hour in the evening but i really hope this stall passes

Hey everyone just and update with I was sleeved with dr lopez in tj on 8/23 and all my incisions have healed for the most part except the one on the left closest to the belly button. On Sunday I was cooking and I felt wet on the inside of my shirt and said blood, no it couldn't be because they were all almost healed. However that is the spot where I get the most burning , anywho I lifted my shirt and yes, I was bleeding from my incision only on one side it was leaking out , not regular colored blood more like a dark sticky blood color so I just kept wiping away. Ask my mom and she said it was not normal I called the hospital I was attended at Mi doctor spoke to a nurse and they told me to head on over. It was around 8pm and I live 1h30min from Mexico border. I got there however they said my dr was in guadalajara because he does one week here Nd one week in tj so a girl named fatima who was present during my surgery and had attended me was there she took a look and treated me. Good thing I added her on Facebook I was able to update her the next day here in the states looks like it may be a blood clot . They gave me the correct term I just can't recall...hema...something they told me I can let everything ooze out and on Thursday they will open the incision and get all the nasty stuff out and let the incision heal on its own. Soo I'm thankful they were there as soon as I needed at were waiting for me to arrive at the hospital even if she was off for the day considering I got there at almost 10p

Everything seems well I just have a burning sensation every time I move on my left incision , hurts a ton I hope it's normal

Thank you everyone I had surgery with dr lopez on Saturday around 4p and every thing has been swell not to much pain I've been walking alot

Hello everyone, I have my surgery today. 8/23 and everything so far has been great my husband and I drove here with our kids met with the driver in san Ysidro and just followed him here. The hotel is very nice everyone here is very nice . Met with 2 coordinators and they have everything set I have family close by so we ended up leaving the hotel to visit and came back and relaxed and this morning I'm just relaxing at the hotel very nervous

Tomorrow is my surgery m everything so far has been wonderful everyone has been so nice.

Hello all I was curious for those that have gotten sleeved already in tijuana . I wanted to know what the freedom was like, are we allowed to leave the hotel do we have to check in at a certain time .Are we allowed to go out and venture . I ask bc I have family that's 25 min away that I haven't seen in a lonnggg time and thought if possible I'd stop by. But if it's not permitted then of course I won't . Any input is appreciated that k you

Hi all I hope someone reads this in time I've read that your suppose to walk after having surgery but I was curious about the freedom that we get ? Do we have to check in every time we leave the hotel after surgery? Are we allowed to go out and walk around ? Do we have to be back by a certain time ? Just curious thanks for the information
