  2. Hi,I had my surgery in April of 2011. I also chose not to tell anyone. I didn't need people judging. The surgery was a success. I lost 120 lbs and I've Ben able to keep the lbs off for the three years. My sister has always been the thin one in my family and I knew there would be a sabotage. I had plenty of support from my surgical weight loss partners. I think it's your own personal journey. Keep up the good work. It's not easy but it's so worth it.
