  5. I am one week post op, and I am on pure clear liquids for 2 more weeks, it is tough. I don't wanna see another SF popsicle or chicken broth I literally get nauseous thinking about it. This is tough, real tough. Today I made Tamales for dinner for my family, and I had to leave the room while they ate.
  6. Thank you all so much, m u Dr told me yesterday that I was a mess inside cause of band, but he fixed me all up. It all seems sureal, but it's the start of my new life. I go home today, am very excited. Have not had hunger at all. I get to drink clear liquids today so we will see how it goes. Thanks for the the support.
  7. Well, I got my revision from Lap Band to Bypas. Had it done yesterday afternoon. I am feeling pretty good, not a lot of pain, already walking around. Worst part is the Jugular IV, really hurts, but I as m so grateful that I got rid of my band. Time to start living a life without getting stuck and without having to puke at every meal.

  9. I have Anthem BCBS, and I got denied for a revision, they said I am allowed one bariatric surgery per lifetime. They did not pay for my Lap Band, so I dont understand. I am gonna go talk to my Dr today he is supposed to do Peer to Peer review, I need this lap band removed, it has severely eroded and I vomit daily. I cant live like this anymore. I have severe apnea as well. Wish me luck!!!
