  3. Hi guys thanks so much for your support it really helped me as I was desperate to talk to someone who understood. Have been back on track since so feel so much better xx
  4. I've had too many chocolates and biscuits and feeling v depressed. So scared I won't get back on track. Haven't done anything like this since my band was fitted nearly 5 months ago. I don't have any Fluid in my band yet and a friend said she has to have hers q tight so she can't do this. Feeling like I need support - felt so depressed this morning with sugar hangover! This is my first post and first time on forum. PB
