  1. I tried the Chocolate Premier Protein and do not like it at all! I have several powders and actually like them when mixed with fruit and kale.....I just have to get it in my head to make it a priority and make them every morning and night.
  2. I will for sure try harder with the protein.....I know it's excuses but with 3 busy active boys it is super hard to do things for yourself.....making protein shakes to get my protein in is a chore for me but a chore that I know I need to do often. I was happy with my weightless but you guys are really rockin it. Congrats!
  3. I had my surgery at the beginning of August 2014 and as of today I am down 57 pounds.....I am very happy about this success! I know in my head i do not get the protein I am supposed to get in. I am losing weight and feeling great so I don't worry about it. Should I worry? Will I lose more if I make it a priority to get in my protein? Please let me know your results with or without the right amount of protein.
  4. I was sleeved in August of this year in port huron. Anyone else from this area?
  5. Yeah, I really do think I should measure myself. I am for sure going back to basics too. Thanks girls
  6. Hello everyone! I was sleeved on August 1, 2014, as of today I am down 40 pounds. I am so beyond happy with this weight loss but I have been at 40 pounds for about three weeks I know in my head I need to start exercising and getting more protein in. Please let me know what exercising you have noticed work the best and what your food diet is. I feel my doctor just says good job and sends me on my way. I have another doc appointment next week and my stall started right when I saw him last time. I almost feel like canceling my appointment cause I haven't lost anything since I saw him last! Help please! Any info how to get past this stall would be great!
  7. I was sleeved on August 1st....are there any others that were sleeved around that date? Just wondering what your down and what exercises you are doing.
  8. I waited the extra day and it was totally worth it!
  9. Thanks for the info.....I thought I was pushing it trying fish almost 4 weeks out. Lol. Guess I wasn't. I just had some sliced turkey lunch meat. Soooooo good! So happy I have meats I can eat now!
  10. I don't really know why? Heard from a few fellow sleevers. They could only do dark meat the others got stuck.
  11. Wow....you were able to have turkey? I heard turkey and chicken were basically a "you will never eat this again" food
  12. I got my surgery on August 1st and have been on liquid since surgery.....so tired of liquid! I had a few bites of fish yesterday and it was great to get the taste of meat. I know that probably sounds so strange but I am so tired of sweet tastes! How soon did anyone try fish after surgery? I heard fish is the easiest to go down, that's why I tried it first
