  1. Hi! Good morning! Congrats of the weight loss. That's awesome! I was able to drink 4oz the day after surgery and thought it was strange and now (2wks 2days post surgery) I can consume 8oz too. At least it will feel like I'm really eating once I get to solid foods. Love your updates. Thanks for sharing with all of us.
  2. I had a drain. It was painful for me. When it was pulled out, wow! That's a feeling I can't quite explain. But like the others have said, you breath in and on your breath out, they pull it. It's just a strange feeling with a little pain. If your worried about seeing it, they had mine safety pinned under the hospital gown so I didn't really see it. Maybe they could do that for you so it's not visible.
  3. I was sleeved on the 23rd of July. I had actually gained 6lbs while in the hospital. I spent one night and wasn't allowed any liquid until the 2nd day. That depressed me. And now, I haven't lost anything this last week. It is so refreshing to see others are having this problem. I was starting to think this wasn't working. Or maybe I was eating the wrong thing. But I'm on the soft food stage. No meat allowed. I'm hoping to see a change on the scale soooooon. It discourages me. But I will never give up. I'm actually loving the fact that my craving for some of the bad foods and snacking all day has passed. Still trying to decipher hunger pain, full feeling, and just ate/drank too fast. So much to learn. So glad I found this app. Loving all the support on here
