  1. It's nice and encouraging to know I am not alone! Thank you for the advice Babbs! I will do exactly that to get back on track because i also went on a sugar and breads binge. Able2cope, I'm in Argentina. I'm sure after 3 years things are harder but let's try what Babbs sugggest and I'm sure we will get results. Let me know how it goes. Thank you so much for your reply girls!
  2. Hi! I had my surgery almost 19 months ago now and everything has been amazing (I lost about 100lbs and have maintained for a while now). But during the holidays I have to confess I went crazy with my eating and gained about 4 pounds. Does this happen to any of you? I'm struggling a lot to get back to eating properly and I have cravings all the time now. How do you get back on track? Is there some type of cleansing you can do to jump start your weight loss again? TIA for your help!
