Got my medical clearance yesterday so how long does it take for them to send to ins

I really like wareham,

I really hope that don't happen to me

Ugh that's not something I want to hear getting the run around I did my part now time for them to do theirs

I have dr streeter I have my pulmonary appt on Friday and my nurse Ed on Monday I think

Just curious if anyone has gotten an approval and how long it too from Boston area hopefully having surgery in wareham... Thursday is my med clearance appt

Dumb phone was supposed to be masshealth and bmc

Anyone go to southcoast center for weight loss in wareham and have masshealth and bmc how long did the approval take to come back?

I am hoping to have my WLS in wareham anyone else? Have my med clearance appt on Thursday?

I am unsure about being able to eat and sticking to what I am supposed to eat

My family and friends do support me but I sooooo need support from someone who has gone through it and this site is my support I guess or maybe I am just feeling needy

As I am learning and going through the program and also reading threads people post I am not feeling confident that I will be able to do it...but I want it so bad I am ready..

I was told that my ins doesn't have too many restrictions and is pretty easy to work with and that they don't get a whole lot of people being denied

The doctor in wareham said I would benefit from the surgery I go tomorrow for my last pych appt. CHARMED did u have surgery?

I actually just called my ins to find out what exclusions and talked to someone at the program and she assured me that my ins is easy to work with!!!

Wow so it's almost two days ur in there...ugh hope I don't have a roomate like that. As I keep learning more and more I am getting more excited!!! How far along in ur journey are u?

Well in October is my nurse appt and my pulmonary appt (oct 3) both the same day so I am guessing after that it will be sent out for approval so I hope mid to late October surgery! Depending on how long it takes ins to approve...I Am thinking maybe calling and se if they can give me am earlier appt since I have classes in sept

Oh cool not far from me I am in Fall River !!! I biggest fear is not losing the weight and also Ivan such a picky eater , so finding things i like and will be able to eat. I am to the point I don't like my self at all it don't want to go out anywhere or to birthday parties , weddings or even just hang out with friends unfortunately i do have to leave to work lol

Yes I had my first appt with him in July and I start my classes in sept but that's only cause I have had appts with two in one day and my last psych appt is thos wk coming up so she don't want to make me wait till October for the classes since I will be done with her a few days before...I still have my pulmonary appt and the nurse appt both on oct 3then I am set

But my question is by the time I make it to do the classes and pay the 300 do they know pretty much if ins would approve or not I mean they do this for a living
