Well today my NUT had me start cottage cheese, eggs, and yogurt and I'm doing fine, guess maybe I haven't over eaten then, thanks!

I'm 9 days post op. I've had no complications, which, don't get me wrong, I'm very grateful for. Aside from not feeling hungry I feel like nothing has changed. Is this weird or normal? I'm afraid that I'll eat too much at some point and stretch my pouch out because I don't even get the dumping issue. Anybody else have this?

My skin is oily--I have like 6 pimples on my face which is driving me nuts!

I am 1 day post op. I have no gas yet and I've been walking. No nausea from my drinks either. I'm starting to wonder if I'm a freak because the pain is very minimal too!

I am much like you--on antipsychotics and anti-depressants and when I took the psych eval they said "you have a lot of stress and PTSD." Then told me I qualified to get the surgery done so I wouldn't worry about it. I'm getting it done on Tuesday so I know you will be ok

I don't get anything else. Boost and water lol.

The Costco shakes are really good. My doctor is having me go on a liquid diet starting Tuesday I get 4 cans of Boost a day which is like ensure. I have to do it for 2 weeks!

My doctor said that 130 is not realistic for me but that 150 would be good. If I got down to 130 I'd be really skinny which would be nice lol. But I'm almost 5' 8".

Yeah because you can't just swallow 8 pills at once.

I take 4 pills a day plus biotin, calcium, iron, and a multi. I haven't had surgery yet but it sounds like I'm going to be having 3 meals of pills! Does anyone take a lot of pills and how do you get them all in?
