  1. Wow that's amazing! Yeah I think I'm just going to start waking up early in the morning and just sip my way through the liquid requirement. Will definitely look into the New Whey Protein and the premiere protein. Thank you for replying so quickly!
  2. That's a great idea! I never thought of putting the protein powder in the water. I believe you have a great outlook on this surgery, and I'm hoping to have the same. I'm going to try to continue drinking the broths and seeing which brand I like the most. It's only temporary, like you said. Thanks for the advice!
  3. Thank you so much for the suggestions! I will be checking some of those options out.
  4. Hi my name is Bryan, I just recently went through the surgery on Monday and am feeling extremely excited for this new change in my life. The general hospital stay should have been 3 days, but I had to stay an extra day due to the fact that I wasn't drinking nearly enough liquids. It's currently my 4th day post-op and I'm having a very hard time drinking enough fluids. I tried to drink crystal light but the lemon and cherry flavors aren't really doing it for me. Is there anything that anyone has tried that they have found good? Any other techniques to make the water taste better? Also, what protein shakes have some of you been drinking? I tried the carnation instant breakfast for a while but after the surgery I just can't take the taste of it. What other things are you guys using to get in all your proteins? P.S. I tried store-bought chicken broth and I'm not really a big fan of it. Thank you in advanced!
